About this project

Confidently Wrong is a pronunciation practice app focused on Taiwanese Mandarin. It helps learners build confidence by speaking short, practical phrases and receiving immediate feedback.

My future wife is Taiwanese, and when we first met, I promised that I would propose to her in her mother tongue. I started this project to help me keep that promise, improve my Mandarin, and build the speaking-focused learning experience I wanted from other language apps.
